Starting at $389*

The service begins by doing a full maintenance.All of your equipment will be adjusted, aligned, calibrated, cleaned, lubricated, tested and disinfected. Equipment found "out of service" will be diagnosed.Minor repairs will be fixed.**Major repairs including belt & deck, motor controller, generator, drive belts, cable replacement, and other big jobs are additional.***Your 120 Days of Unlimited Coverage starts immediately following the visit.

Maintenance Visit Description

Scheduled Maintenance Visits ensure your gym equipment remains in top-notch condition.The service is crucial to ensure user safety, smooth operation and prevent unexpected breakdowns.

  • Physical Inspection

  • Cleaning and Lubrication

  • Calibration and Adjustment

  • Testing and Safety

  • Disinfecting and Sanitation

  • Minor Repairs and Diagnostics

Maintenance Visit + 120 Day Unlimited Coverage

  • Gyms with 10 units or less: $389

  • Gyms with 10-20 units: $489

  • Larger rooms may be eligible for our Bulk Maintenance Plan.

Parts for Minor Repairs

For minor repairs requiring small parts (under $100), parts will be automatically ordered.This includes roller covers, handles, end caps, missing hardware, pulleys, roller wheels, etc.

Major Repairs

  • Major repairs are defined as those requiring significant disassembly or involving multiple parts, assemblies, or electronics such as motor controllers, generators, consoles, incline motors, belts and decks, traveling arms, etc.

  • Cost: $289 for labor plus the cost of parts.

  • Parts up to $250 will automatically be ordered.

  • If part exceeds $250 you will receive a detailed inspection report and quote.
